Returns are at the risk of the purchaser. This means that Blue Lightning Webshop is not liable for damage or lost to returned items. Please ask at the post office for a tracking and keep it.

For a quick and proper handling it is important that you report the return of the article. You can do this by sending us a message with this Contact form. Do not forget to include your order number!
If you return your entire order you will be refunded the total amount, excluding shipping and -pay costs. This is done within 30 days after Blue Lighning has received back your order.
If you return a portion of the order you will receive back only the amount you paid for the returned item.
For returns and exchanges, except in cases of proven warranty cases or demonstrable delivery errors, the shipping costs are your responsibility.
