Ordering procedure

You can only place orders at Blue Lightning Webshop on the website. It is not possible to order by phone.

You can order safe and easy at Blue Lighning Webshop:

Step 1. Shopping basket
In step 1. you will see a list of items added to the shopping basket. Each item is displayed separately and you can choose to delete the item or change the number. The shipping costs and discounts are also mentioned.

Step 2. Your details
In step 2. we need your data in the ordering process to deliver the order. You can check the data and modify it.

Step 3. Delivery Method
In step 3 you fill in the delivery address. This can be the billing address or a different address (for example, if you want to order a gift for someone). No additional fees for a different delivery address.

Step 4. Payment
In the last step, choose the payment method. Different kind of payment methods are possible. After completing the order you see subsequently your order confirmation on the website. You will also receive an order confirmation by e-mail. In the confirmation is a summary of the order and you can also find all the necessary payment details.

Attention!
- Adding Items to an already placed order is not possible;
- Order by phone is not possible;
- To pick up products is not possible;
- We do not carry shop activities on the address of the property;
- It is not possible to cancel the order yourself, in that case please contact Blue Lightning Webshop with this contact form.
